Terms & Conditions

Use of this site is subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Use of this site constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Forward Estates reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
3. If any terms and conditions should be found to be illegal, invalid etc., then the terms and conditions will be altered immediately.
4. This service is provided to market new build houses and commercial units and to offer full management, property services and land for sale and for no other use.
5. We will not pass your details on to any other organisation without your express consent.
6. Material and images supplied on this site must not be copied, or reproduced without the consent of Forward Estates.
7. Other than any new build which we instigate ourselves, we will not test any equipment, fixture, fittings or services at any properties offered for sale and so we do not verify that they are in working order i.e. central heating, fit for their purpose or owned by the seller. A buyer must assume that the information given in our particulars is for guidance only. The legal status of the property or the validity of any guarantee must be verified with a solicitor.
8. Any measurements supplied are approximate and for general guidance only. Buyers are advised to re-check the measurements before committing themselves to any expense. Photographs are reproduced for general information and it must not be assumed that every item shown is included in the sale. A buyer is advised to make a final inspection of the property prior to exchange of contracts. We will try to make sure that the contents of our advertisements are accurate but have to rely to a large extent on what the seller/landlord tells us about the property. We do not carry out surveyor's reports before exchanging contracts. Any interested party should seek professional advice before committing themselves to any expenditure or to any legal commitment.
9. If you decide that you wish to purchase a property advertised by us, we advise any buyer to check all the equipment and details, instruct a solicitor to investigate all legal matters relating to the property and agree with the seller's solicitor what items will be included in the sale. 10. If you make a specific request, a specific confirmation can be given in writing but Forward Estates will not be responsible for any verbal confirmation.
10. We will advertise property or land for sale here on our Website and in the press and provide "For Sale" boards if required.
11. Should a tenant of any property we are managing subsequently agree to purchase the property from the Landlord, then commission will be payable by the Landlord to Forward Estates on completion of the sale in respect of lost income until the end of the tenancy agreement.
